The contents of our pages have been compiled with utmost accuracy. However, we are not able to guarantee verification, completeness, and topicality of contents. As service provider we are held legally responsible according to § 7, paragraph 1 TMG for own contents on these pages according to the general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we as service provider are not liable to oversee communicated or stored foreign information or to search for circumstances that might indicate illegal action. The obligation of elimination or suspension of the use of information according to the general law remains unaffected. Such referred to liability is only possible from the moment of knowledge of an ascertained breach. After emerging of according breaches we will immediately eliminate those contents.
