With our High-Z CNC-ROUTERS you can easy mill / cut hard aluminium and much other materials with an accuracy of approx. 1/1000 inch !

Attention: We do not sell single components for the self-construction of CNC-Routers / cnc-milling machines (construction sets), because with these construction sets, due to the higher tolerance within the mechanical components, it’s impossible to obtain a precise milling result.

No belt drive on the x-axis (sliding of long parts is no problem), constant strength endurance with 2 motors on the X-axis. No drive screw under the table surface, and therefore portable due to the open construction and applicable on very high items.
Use of highly-wear resistant nylatron screw nuts, which we adjust to the drive screw by hand up to 20 µm. This provides a maximum accuracy. No use of over-dimensional drive screws, which cause a limited performance of motors and machine.
