Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Instruction
You may declare withdrawal of your contractual statement without any reasons in text form (i.e. letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the merchandise within a period of one month. The withdrawal period commences earliest with this instruction. When goods are delivered, the period commences when the customer has received the full delivery. Consequence of Withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal, mutual benefits must be reimbursed and, when indicated, the use of such must be returned. If you are not able to return the fully received benefit or partly or only in a deteriorated condition, you are obliged to compensate for lost value. This does not refer to surrendered goods, if its deterioration can exclusively be traced back to its examination – i.e. in a shop. Furthermore you can avoid the compensation for lost value, if you do not treat the goods as your possession and refrain from deteriorating its value. Goods eligible for shipping must be returned. When returning a shipment which has a maximum value of 40,00 Euros, the shipping expenses will be debited to you, if the delivered goods correspond to the order. Otherwise the return shipment is free.
Special Indications
Your right of withdrawal expires early if your contract partner has started with the implementation of service with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired or if you have advised the service yourself (i.e. download, etc.).

Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal in a distance selling contract excludes shipment of good, which are produced according to customer’s specification or specified to your personal needs, or those that cannot be returned due to its nature, or easily deteriorate, or the deterioration date has expired, delivery of audio and video recordings or software, if the delivered data medium has been unsealed (i.e. by opening a sealed wrapping), furthermore it excludes ordered magazines and newspapers if no installment delivery is at hand. In case of installment delivery contracts (i.e. subscriptions) the right of withdrawal eliminates if all due installments do not exceed 200 Euros until the earliest possible cancellation date and if there are no other reasons as mentioned above.
Return Consignment
Refund and delivery are due within 3 days after your withdrawal. After that period of time you are in default without a reminder. Unfortunately we are not able to accept unstamped return delivery.
Following items are excluded from return delivery:
* Goods, which are produced according to customer’s specification or specified to your personal needs, or those that cannot be returned due to its nature, or easily deteriorate, or the deterioration date has expired,
* audio and video recordings or software, if the delivered data medium has been unsealed,
* newspapers and magazines.
Prices and Shipping Expenses
All prices are inclusive VAT. The shipping expenses depend on the amount of ordered goods as well as mode of dispatch, and they are clearly conveyed to you before submitting a binding order.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute any binding offer, but is a non-binding online catalogue. After submitting your personal data by pressing ‘Order’, which is the last step of the order procedure, you are sending a binding order of the goods in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation of your ordered goods in return. The contract is valid with our delivery confirmation or delivery of goods. In case you do not receive any delivery confirmation or delivery from us within 2 weeks, your order is not binding any more.
Dispatch Information
Dispatch of machines by shipper, insurance valid. Nationwide dispatch at 135 Euros (High-Z)/for RaptorX and other grand machines please inquire about dispatch expenses.
