Customers’ opinion about products of competitors or dubious "E-Bay offerers"

Last Monday I was at your company for a presentation, which was clear and impressive. We talked about how I could use such a machine for our purposes. I really enjoyed this presentation!

On Wednesday I went to another presentation, this time for a BZT machine. Luckily it was held in Dutch, but there was no possibility for me to ask any questions during the presentation. The demonstrator showed us only once how to use CorelDraw. He was only able to explain how to illustrate something with the WIN PCNC software and how to compile an inquiry. Actually I only had a quick look at the machine and this left many questions open …

I herewith would like to order the same package as used for the S1000. In case your offer convinces me, I would also like to order the machine and pick it up in approx. 10 to 14 days. I assume that questions will arise as soon as we start to produce our foam parts. I don’t need any crap and a demonstrator, who presents something he hasn’t got a clue about (that was my impression during the BTZ presentation).

For 2 years we are proud to own a HEIZ Z1000, which is of wonderful service! Since its initiation the HEIZ Z1000 has been a good and up-to-date tool for young students in order to learn the autonomous and unrestrained use and operation of CNC machines. At the same time this machine is of high precision, which enables the manufacturing of small series of patterns and components. In order to be able to achieve even better results in less time and to minimize “waiting on the machine” we would like to upgrade ours! Dear Sirs at HEIZ-CNC-STEP!

Since the year 2005 I have owned the High-Z 1000 and am still more than satisfied. Despite exceeding demands and the one or other over load it is running perfectly well as in the beginning. Thank you very much for this wonderful machine. Attached please find 4 JPEGs: 2x remanufacture of the emblem at the yoke of a Cessna 182 Skylane, aluminium contour milling of a dashboard finished with UP resin and ivory inlet, 2x damask knives Amboinamaser, each milled with a High-Z 1000.

Hello Mr. Hylewicz,

I hope you’ve had a restful vacation and a good trip home.

I picked up our machine in your workshop on 17.7.07. And now I want to thank you for the friendly acceptance and the service of your employees. I’m amazed how precise the machine is worked; what you’ve developed is really great. We’ve already searched for something like this for a long time. Although we both (my wife and me) are real CNC beginners it didn’t take long to learn to handle the machine and to achieve proper results. We produced just a marginal trash.

Our next machine will be a Heiz again.

The delivered software is very simple to handle, too.
